We can provide pre-opening training and support for new resorts or work with established properties to revamp existing protocols and services. How We Begin

I like to begin building our relationship with you sharing your needs with me. This can initially be done by completing our contact form to schedule a free consultation. As each project is totally unique and highly confidential, I like to personally speak to each prospective client to assess your needs and learn which areas are top priorities for you.

Offering you a free 30-45 minute consultation at the beginning of each project allows us to connect and get to know each other. I will listen to your needs to understand your vision and determine the scope of your project. We can then decide on a plan of action. After which I will take all the variables of the project into consideration and propose a consulting fee for the assignment.  Upon your acceptance we will begin our work together towards building a successful business relationship.
